WHAT ARE THE CRITERIA FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE RDÉE CANADA VIRTUAL JOB FAIR?
This fair is open exclusively to persons eligible to work in Canada.
Only people with the right to work in Canada can access the Virtual Job Fair (VJF).
You must meet the following conditions:
- Have the minimum working age according to the labor legislation in your province or territory (generally aged 16 or over);
- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident (settled in Canada or outside Canada), foreign citizen accepted by Immigration Canada and holding a confirmation of permanent residence (CRP), accepted refugee, freelancer or any person holding a valid work permit;
- Be a qualified worker in your field and have relevant professional experience.
WILL OUR EDUCATION DIPLOMAS BE RECOGNIZED?
The regulations are different from one province to another in Canada as well as from one professional order to another. The employer will certainly validate your diplomas before offering you a job.
CAN I PARTICIPATE IN THE VIRTUAL JOB FAIR EVEN IF THERE IS NO OFFER THAT MATCHES MY PROFILE?
The job offers displayed during the Virtual Job Fair represent the needs of employers present at the fair at the time of the event. If there is no job offer that matches your profile, we still encourage you to participate in the Virtual Job Fair to expand your professional network and acquire contacts with Canadian employers. All registered candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will receive an invitation and a confirmation of their registration for the Virtual Job Fair.
HOW CAN I GET MORE INFORMATION?
If your registration request is accepted, you will receive the invitation and detailed information by email. Invitations will be sent from October 5, 2021. Virtual fair registration confirmations will be sent before October 5, 2022. Invitations will be sent from October 5, 2021.
